CASA Nepal – Micro Action Shelter Project


Objectives

• Provide the food, accommodation, health and education opportunity to the women and children at risk;
  
• Place the women at their respective job after providing the relevant vocational and life skills training;
  
• Ensure the basic education of the children at risk.
  

Activities

• Management of shelter to host the women and children at risk;
  
• Coordinate with the family members i.e. husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-
  
• Facilitate to conduct the vocational, life skills and language skill training to the women residing at the shelter;
  
• Provide the opportunity for children residing at the shelter to complete the basic education as per the government provision for basic education;
