PARTNERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

SAHARA Group collaborates with a wide range of like-minded agencies, organizations and groups in order to further its mission and develop strategies and joint efforts that address the challenges within the organization's main working areas in Nepal: poverty alleviation, child rights and protection, women empowerment, HIV/AIDS and governance. In addition, SAHARA Group also receives support from many sponsors and donors.

SAHARA highly appreciates the regular contributions made by The Himalayan Adventure Company, an independent trekking and adventure travel holiday company specializing in private and tailor made small group travel to the Himalayan regions of Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, Sikkim and India. The company supports local development in Nepal by employing local people and working with local businesses and organizations. More specifically, for every booking made, the Himalayan Adventure Company donates £10 to help continue the valuable work of SAHARA Group in empowering unprivileged communities.
